Q | How do I get the Free Shipping Offer? |
A | When the items in your cart total $90.00 or more after discounts the Free Shipping offer is automatically offered at check-out. Continue through the check-out process and when you get to the shipping options it will show you Free Shipping $0.00 as a shipping option. Please choose this as your shipping option to receive the free shipping. Other option are still available if you need your order faster, but are not free. We generally use UPS Ground for the Free Shipping option, but may choose Parcel Post as an alternative. |
Q | What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet? |
A | That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "Phone Order" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order. Please give us a call between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri (CST) at 405-620-7874. |
Q | What is the "Promotion Code" in the shopping cart? |
A | Occasionally we offer a special discount either on our website or for returning customers that requires a discount code to be entered in the shopping cart. |
Q | Do you offer PayPal Payments? |
A | Yes, We do! PayPal Payments are now included in the shopping cart. Just choose Check-Out with PayPal and it will take you to the PayPal website to sign into your PayPal account. You will then be returned to the checkout page on our website to finish your order. |
Q | What if I am sending a gift? |
A | We include an invoice with your order that includes prices. If you are sending a gift, please mark "Yes" during checkout when it asked if this is a gift. You may also include a gift message that will be printed on the packing slip. |
Q | How soon will my order ship? |
A | While we make every effort to get your order ready and shipped as fast as possible, we do ask that you please allow 1-2 days for processing. Under normal circumstances we do usually ship within 24 hours. |
Q | Do you offer Wholesale Pricing? |
A | We do not currently offer wholesale pricing. |
Q | Do you have a catalog? |
A | We do not currently offer a catalog, but we are looking into the idea for the future. |
