Our Return Policy 
 

At Sara’s Hideaway we are committed to the customer. While we stand by our products 100%, we understand that sometimes items can arrive defective or damaged due to shipping. We also understand that sometimes the items were not quite what the customer was looking for. Because of this we offer the buyer a fair and equitable return and exchange policy.

 

Customer Satisfaction is our Top Priority.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We are happy to send a replacement at no additional charge. In some cases we may ask that you send back the damaged item at our expense before we send a replacement. If the item you received is not what you ordered (we are human after all) we will cover all costs to get you the correct item in a timely fashion. Please let us know within 30 days of receiving your item if it is damaged. We will not offer a refund or replacement after 30 days.
  • If you change your mind after you receive your purchase, please contact us for return and/or exchange options. We ask that you send it back to us in its original packaging, within 30 days; items must be returned in the condition you received it in. We do not charge any hidden fees for returns; there is no “restocking fee” for doing business with us. We are happy to either provide you with a full refund of the purchase price or exchange for a like-item. Unfortunately we cannot refund the price of shipping for returns and exchanges. Return shipping will also be at buyers' expense.
  • If your item is lost in transit via USPS, please contact USPS with your tracking number and submit a ticket with them. If after 30 days they have been unable to locate your package we will refund your purchase price including shipping or send a new order to you if the items are still available. Please contact us within the 30 days to let us know about the problem. Please keep in mind that during high traffic times of the year a package can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If shipping internationally it can take up to 30 days or more to arrive.
  • It is very important that you give us a correct and complete shipping address (Apt. #, Floor, Suite, ect.). If we ship the item to the address that you give during check-out and the item is returned to us because of an incorrect address we will refund the purchase price minus shipping to you when the item is returned.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING RATES: We calculate shipping charges by the weight and size of the item. To determine your shipping costs for an item(s), simply add the item to the Shopping Cart. The shipping charges will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card information is required. Don't worry about adding items to the Shopping Cart. You can remove them at any time.

 We currently ship to the US, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, & Canada. Shipping Options for the U.S. are USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail for packages under 13oz., & USPS Parcel Post. UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, & UPS Overnight Saver are also available. If you need a faster delivery option, please give us a call and we will make special arrangements for you. The map below is for UPS Ground shipments.
